Notice Summary: BUILDING FUTURES WITH WOMEN AND CHILDREN REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Notice is hereby given that Building Futures with Women and Children (BFWC) is requesting qualifications and fee proposals from General Contractors for the removal and replacement of three modular buildings and a deck and awnings in the City of Alameda. Budget is approximately $700,000. Modulars NIC. Work will be bound by all relevant regulations to satisfy CDBG and ARPA funding requirements as administered by the City of Alameda including payment of Davis Bacon Prevailing wages.

A walk-through-inspection of the site is scheduled for Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 9 a.m.
